Unlimited Woman Conference
 
Instructions and suggestions for registration, room reservations and Friday evening dinner
 
1.  Register as directed in the conference brochure or online at wnmdag.org/wm. If there are any reserved seats still available, you may pay an additional $10 when you register and have one of the limited 100 seats in the front and center for the main sessions.
 
2.  Select your hotel and reserve your room by phoning the hotel.  If the Radisson Paper Valley Hotel has no rooms left, there is one boutique hotel across the street, the CopperLeaf which has one king bed per room (see the hotel list available at the Event Center or Info Counter).  The other hotels are a 5 – 10 minute drive away at the Fox Valley Mall.  KFA has a block of 15 rooms at the Fairfield (in that Mall vicinity) which are reasonably priced for us.  The other hotel choices have been set aside for Assembly of God by the District Women’s Ministries and also have a lower price than daily rate.
 
3.  Inform The New View of your hotel locations so we can let others know where each of you is staying.  A committee member will be at the Information Counter or Event Center for the next few weeks.
 
4.  Sign up at the Event Center if you want to join the KFA ladies going to Victoria’s Restaurant (a short walk from the conference center) for Friday dinner at 5:30.  Dinners are in the $10 - $18 price range and are very large portions (can easily be shared).  Dinner hour is between 5:30 and return to evening session at 7:30, eating around 6:00 pm.
